I never know what category to use, lol

Anyway. This is Toerag as some of you probably know :B She's probably only my real semi-original character </fail>

She was born as a regular-ish cat in one dimension, and... somehow got transported to the Pokemon dimension (well the same one as the Star Guys one), becoming a Mew.
I haven't really thought of the backstory much, lol.

Anyway. Drawing vortexy thingies is fun as hell. This took about 3 hours in Paint Shop Pro 7.
